Who We Are

Greenwood Contracting was founded in 1989 by Rocky Dunn. We are a full service Design Build Remodeling company, specializing in general remodeling, renovations, re-designs and rehabs in the Phoenix Arizona area.

For your protection and peace of mind we are a fully licensed Contracting Firm specializing in remodeling services and carry liability and workman's compensation insurance in the Phoenix Arizona area. When needed on a project all of our subcontractor's are also fully licensed and insured. Our reputation for excellence and attention to detail has made us the right choice for homeowners throughout the Valley. Our commitment to top quality workmanship, creative solutions, efficient service, experienced craftsmanship and customized remodeling services has been the cornerstone to our success. With 30+ years of experience in the construction industry, our home remodeling contractors have worked hard to build a solid reputation of integrity with our clients.

We at Greenwood Contracting LLC are a close knit Family owned and operated company, dedicated to bringing the best quality and service to our clients. We are both a specialty contractor and general contractor with a great team of trades’ people we work with. We are an accredited business in good standing with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). We are also listed with Ethical Arizona.com as a trusted business partner.

We are and have been active in the community for many years with various organizations including the Sunnyslope High School Viking Parent Club, Neighborhood watch and several charitable organizations including Angels on Call and the Stardust foundation assisting elderly and disabled in our community. We have been very lucky to have been involved with these organizations.

By guaranteeing our work, being available during projects, and following up after the completion of the project, we have established a comfortable and lasting relationship with the people we do work for.
